1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and krickya ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in connection with your use of the krickya website, mobile interface, game library, sportsbook, cashier, and any other service provided under the krickya brand.
By completing the registration process on krickya, by logging into an existing krickya account, or by placing any real-money bet or wager through any game or market on the platform, you confirm that:
- You have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.
- You are aged 18 years or older and legally permitted to engage in online gambling activities.
- All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on krickya. Duplicate accounts — whether created using the same name, email address, mobile number, bKash wallet, Nagad wallet, device, or IP address — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, krickya reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any outstanding balances.
2.4 Exclusion from Eligibility
The following individuals are not eligible to register or hold an account on krickya:

- Individuals who have previously been self-excluded from krickya and whose exclusion period has not yet elapsed.
- Employees, contractors, agents, or immediate family members of krickya or any of its affiliated service providers, game studios, or technology partners.
- Any person who has been permanently banned from the platform following a violation of these Terms.
3 Account Registration & Verification
3.1 Registration Process

3.4 Account Information Updates
It is your responsibility to ensure that the personal information held on your krickya account remains accurate and up to date. If any of your registered details change — including your mobile number, email address, or primary payment method — you must update your account profile or contact the support team promptly. krickya will not be liable for failed withdrawals or missed communications resulting from outdated account information.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Supported Payment Methods
krickya processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals:

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests submitted on krickya:
- Your account must be fully KYC-verified before your first withdrawal is approved.
- Any active bonus funds must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
- krickya reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal regardless of the amount.

5 Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 General Bonus Conditions

5.3 Bonus Abuse
krickya employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. The following activities are considered bonus abuse and will result in immediate cancellation of the relevant bonus, forfeiture of any associated winnings, and potential suspension of the player account:
- Registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
- Coordinating with other players to guarantee bonus-funded bets on opposing outcomes.
- Using bonus funds exclusively on low-variance or excluded games with the intent of meeting wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.
- Providing false information to qualify for a promotion for which the player would not otherwise be eligible.
5.4 Seasonal and VIP Promotions
krickya periodically runs seasonal promotions tied to Bangladeshi cultural events including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Independence Day (March 26), as well as cricket events including BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup fixtures. These promotions are subject to their own specific terms and are available only during the stated promotional period. 6 Game Rules & Fair Play
6.1 Game Integrity

Where a malfunction is confirmed to have affected the integrity of a game round, krickya reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the player's account. No compensation will be paid for potential winnings from voided rounds.
6.4 Responsible Use of Game Features
Where games include features such as autoplay, turbo spin, or auto-cashout, players are responsible for configuring these features within their personal means. The use of autoplay does not limit or diminish your responsibility to play within your self-set deposit and loss limits. krickya's session timer tools remain active during autoplay sessions.
7 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on krickya. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable:
7.1 Fraudulent Activity
- Using stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment methods to deposit funds.
- Submitting false or fabricated KYC documents.
- Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other criminal financial activity.
7.2 Collusion and Cheating
- Colluding with other players at live casino tables to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using prohibited software including bots, auto-clickers, or any programme designed to automate gameplay decisions beyond the platform's own autoplay features.

8 Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Suspension by krickya
krickya reserves the right to suspend or restrict any player account at any time and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:
- The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
- The account is being used for fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise prohibited activity.
- A pending KYC verification or AML review requires the account to be temporarily restricted.
- The account is subject to a chargeback dispute or payment investigation.
- The account holder is under 18 years of age.
During a suspension period, the account holder will not be able to deposit, withdraw, or place bets. krickya will contact the account holder via the registered email address to communicate the reason for suspension and any required next steps where it is safe and appropriate to do so.
8.2 Closure by the Player
You may request the closure of your krickya account at any time by contacting the support team at . Before an account is closed, any outstanding verified withdrawal balance will be processed to your registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will not be paid out upon voluntary account closure.
8.3 Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period through the responsible gaming tools available in their account dashboard or by contacting the support team. Self-exclusion periods are available for 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanently. 8.5 Final Balances on Closure
Upon permanent account closure — whether initiated by the player or by krickya following a confirmed Terms breach — the following applies:
- Verified real-money balances will be returned to the account holder via the registered payment method, minus any applicable processing fees, provided no fraud or AML review is pending.
- Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not completed wagering requirements will be forfeited.
- Where closure is the result of a confirmed fraud, collusion, or Terms breach, krickya reserves the right to withhold the entire account balance pending investigation and any applicable legal proceedings.
